The Mavericks (5-3 in 24-5A) rolled to a district sweep of the Rangers Friday night in Manvel behind Myles Simmons’ complete game on the mound and four RBI’s by Parker Carruth.
Simmons limited Terry to five hits and three walks, while striking out six to pick up the pitching win.
